Die Cutting Unit

tracking system, intermittent and full rotary interchange working.
Pressure Measurement System
Two pressure measurement on the top of two sides of the magnetic
cylinder to ensure the pressure keep same during die cutting job,
and can check the pressure data conveniently when performance.
Magnetic Cylinder
with high precision 140T magnetic cylinder, die cutting station
with spring - When the machine is not doing die cutting work, the
pressure can be released, and the magnetic roller of the die
cutting station will be lifted to avoid contact with paper.
Waste Matrix Unit
Independent tension control, the rewinding speed changes following
with the speed of the main machine, reducing tension fluctuations
and prolonging the life of the magnetic powder.
