Feature
1. Main motor use imported variable frequency stepless speed
regulation.
2. Unwinding and rewinding by magnetic brake, clutch control
(optional: mistubishi auto tension controller).
3. Unwinding device controlled by auto web guide sensor.
4. Use the ceramic anilox roller, more wear and corrosion
resistance and longer life, reduce the time of replacement of
anilox roller, improve the printing efficiency.
5. Printing unit use 360 degree adjustment for web, they can be
printed connected or separated.
6. Every printing unit have one IR dryer.
7. Optional: UV dryer.
8. Rewinding and unwinding adopt tile air shaft.
9. The ink roller can be auto break away and running at low speed
to prevent ink from drying.
10.Auto add oil for the die cutting system, to reduce the heating
made by magnetic die cutting roller when using.
11.From feeding paper, printing, gluing, UV polishing, laminating,
printing, reverse die cutting, die cutting, die cutting dotted
